Last night we improvised like so many nights! Some whole wheat pasta, shrimp we brought back from our trip to Savannah and a assortment of veggies did the trick! A nice creamy sauce made with organic heavy cream, caramelized onions and tempeh complimented the shrimp veggie medley... Sprinkled with cheese and hemp seeds this turned out to be quite a delicious meal!
