classic elegance
this space was designed to improve functionality by creating flow throughout the living, dining, and kitchen areas. it features all new white oak wood floors, new paint, and electrical with led recessed lighting. with this redesign, we reconfigured the main floor living area to include an office space, tall pantry cabinetry, a dry bar, and a fireplace transformation to create that wow factor.

the kitchen was reconfigured to create a feature wall of the gas range and stainless steel hood. the tiled backsplash extends from ceiling to cabinets and a 5x9 center island houses the stainless steel apron sink and counter height island seating that highlights the single level-7 granite slab countertops.

now there is a new dry bar featuring floating shelves that tie in the stained finish of the island and extends the look of the kitchen/dining area. the frosted glass doors keep in theme with the frosted glass of the kitchen pantry.
this space had a bulky outdated cabinet that made the kitchen feel more claustrophobic and closed off.

as previously mentioned we knocked out the obtrusive wall to create an open and linear fireplace. it features a custom surround of stone veneer and wood accents with a built-in tv that is framed by the same wood accents.
this fireplace feature was a standard home builder cutout, but this particular layout had a recessed space with no real function, diminishing the symmetry and appeal of the fireplace.
