the space houses the kitchen now. it blends soft sage tones with rich dark-wood accents, creating a warm, elevated modern-Mediterranean feel. the concealed spice cabinets are seamlessly integrated behind the backsplash for a clean, streamlined look. a 54" combination gas and induction cooktop becomes the centerpiece, complemented by bespoke hardware and a matte-black, metal-wrapped hood that adds a striking, sculptural focal point.

A newly framed catwalk and staircase with custom cable railing add visual interest, while an 18-foot sliding door opens the space up to the interior. the smooth stucco walls, blue-accented ceiling, and refurbished original pendant create a cohesive, character-rich atmosphere. a new opening to the foyer features a custom stained-glass window designed by the homeowners and handcrafted in Denver, completing this vibrant, nurturing space.
